Drawing from her long-standing experience in shibari, BDSM, performance, embodiment, and consent-centered spaces, Saara helps clients name what they want, notice what feels difficult, and build language for communicating their needs. Sessions may include guided reflection, negotiation skills, fantasy mapping, unpacking fears or shame, and creating grounded next steps for exploration.
