A sense that somewhere along the way they stopped listening to their bodies, acting only from the mind. They've lost their spark and joy. I know this feeling from the inside. At 31 I walked away from a relationship that had been gradually draining my life force. That breakup changed everything. I started to see how creatively and sexually blocked I'd been as I discovered that sensuality, sexuality, creativity and vitality are all intertwined.
