Have you ever wondered what actually keeps us women & men from meeting each other lovingly, mindfully and soulfully? Basically, it could be so simple. But in reality men and women meet each other much more often with rejection, fear, assault and resignation - to the great frustration for both sides. The reason for this is far too often decades-old wounds that other men or women once inflicted on us and for which we could never fully forgive. If you want, you can put an end to that now. If you too want to leave all that old stuff behind to take your love and relationship life to a new level, I invite you to our one-day workshop "MAN & WOMAN: Healing Reunion". In powerful and transformative exercises from T@ntra, Systemic Work, Gestalt Therapy and Radical Honesty we will guide you playfully through deep and moving processes. First, you will explore the differences between the male and female principle (Shiva Shakti) and can understand and integrate them more deeply through guided body exercises. In doing so, we create awareness of how these energies control us in everyday life, both internally and externally, mostly rather unconsciously. You let your inner parts (man & woman) have a clarifying conversation, can thereby uncover thought patterns and behaviors and allow them to transform. You learn how to deal with conflicts within yourself, for example your masculine and feminine side, and thus experience an inner reconciliation with yourself. You understand the inner unity of head and body as a divine pair that inspires you to sacred union within yourself. In men's and women's circles, we open the safe framework for deeper issues that are meaningful both personally and collectively, and connect with the powerful energies of Shiva and Shakti. In a Hawaiian Forgiveness Ritual, you can feel held and seen to express, heal, forgive and completely let go of pain you have suffered. Finally, you experience this reconciling connection also in the outside with t@ntrical breathing exercises in conscious encounters. With your mindfulness in the merging of Shiva and Shakti you will experience the dance of their darker and lighter facets and realize how to use them in a healthy way in your tantric practice e.g. also in love relationships. WHO IS THE WORKSHOP FOR? EVERYONE who is ready to learn something about themselves and to go consciously into relationship with themselves and the opposite gender. It doesn't matter what experience level, gender identity & orientation, relationship status, age, religion, ethnicity, etc. Singles welcome. Minimum age 18 years old.
