Power Play Beyond the Scene

An introduction to power play as a language for understanding desire, dynamics, and human behaviour - far beyond the scene itself.

This workshop explores how themes like control, surrender, shame, longing, and expression show up not only in play, but in everyday life - in how we relate, communicate, and experience ourselves.

In many ways, these dynamics are not new. They are ancient, instinctive - something we’ve learned to suppress, but still respond to deeply. A kind of “old language” of the body and psyche that continues to shape us beneath the surface.

Through guided reflections, discussion, and experiential exercises, you’ll begin to recognise these patterns and explore them more consciously.

Rather than focusing on techniques or performance, this space is about awareness, context, and choice - and how working with these dynamics can create more clarity, freedom, and aliveness.

No prior experience is needed. Curiosity and openness are welcome.
