My background is varied and I draw from a variety of lineages, techniques, approaches, and perspectives in my work. I’ve offered tantric healing arts since 2019, led retreats, run a spiritual retreat center, served as guide for intentional spiritual community, have been deeply involved with the International School of Temple Arts professionally since 2021, worked with clients 1:1 as a transformational guide since 2017, and supported hundreds of people in Shamanic Breathwork Journeys since 2018.
