My primary role in life is to inspire, reflect, guide, and encourage. I’m on your team with clear eyes, and a wide open heart. My greatest gift is to reflect you, to you, in new and intriguing ways that help you to understand this moment in your life more clearly, and more powerfully.

My background is varied and I draw from a variety of lineages, techniques, approaches, and perspectives in my work. I’ve offered tantric healing arts since 2019, led retreats, run a spiritual retreat center, served as guide for intentional spiritual community, have been deeply involved with the International School of Temple Arts professionally since 2021, worked with clients 1:1 as a transformational guide since 2017, and supported hundreds of people in Shamanic Breathwork Journeys since 2018.
