My path into this work was not linear. Before stepping into the world of tantra-informed coaching, embodiment, and intuitive bodywork, I spent years working as a school counselor supporting emotional healing, attachment wounds, trauma, and nervous system regulation in children and families. At the same time, my own life was unraveling and re-forming through a profound personal awakening that began after the end of my marriage.
