I'm Bhogananda — author, tantra teacher and practitioner, couples coach and feminine embodiment mentor based in Lisbon, Portugal. My path into this work began over a decade ago, growing out of a deep curiosity about how eroticism, pleasure, conscious touch, breath and honest communication can bring people back into their bodies and closer to the people they love. I hold space for individuals and couples through tantric massage, sacred communication practices, and feminine mentorship rooted in sensuality, self-trust and erotic embodiment. Alongside my partner Nuno, I co-founded Evolving Love, where we guide couples through conscious relationship work, intimacy coaching and tantric therapy. I've facilitated women's circles, tantra workshops and tantric massage retreats across Europe, always grounding the work in something real and human rather than abstract or overly esoteric. My background in Communication Sciences shapes how I work: I believe transformation happens through clear, honest dialogue as much as through the body and the consciousness.
