Sophie is a Tantra practitioner and somatic intimacy coach based in Berlin, weaving together Tantra, somatic sexology, bodywork, and yoga to create a space where individuals and couples can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and explore pleasure and intimacy without shame.
We wanted to hear about her journey, her philosophy, and what she wishes more people understood about this deeply human work. Sophie offers her experiences for individuals and couples on Sensuali.
Can you describe yourself in 3 words?
Warm, attuned, grounded.

Tell us more about yourself and what you do
I’m a Tantra practitioner and somatic intimacy coach. I help people connect more deeply with their bodies, their pleasure, and open up to more intimacy.
My work combines Tantra, somatic sexology, bodywork, and yoga. I offer a safe space where you can slow down, notice what you feel, and explore whatever is alive for you in the moment.
I’m based in Berlin, but I love traveling, so you can often find me somewhere else, exploring the world.
What services do you provide on Sensuali?
Here, I offer experiences for both individuals and couples, in person or online.
I offer Tantric Bodywork for anyone who wants to explore spiritual Tantra and reconnect with their body. For women who want to awaken their sensuality, let go of past experiences, or simply treat themselves, I offer Tantra Massages.
I also offer Somatic Intimacy Coaching, in person or online, for anyone who wants to work through a specific challenge or access more connection and pleasure. For couples, I offer 1- or 3-day Tantra retreats designed to deepen intimacy and strengthen their bond.

What turns you on?
Genuine connection, love, and the feeling of being fully present with someone.

What was your journey into this world?
Although I had been exploring bodywork, yoga, and mindfulness before, my first official entry into this world was in 2020, when I completed my first Tantra Massage training and began working in a Tantra studio in Berlin.
That’s when I fell in love with this work. I loved creating moments of presence, depth, and connection. Over time, I felt called to start my own business, which opened a whole new chapter for me.
During those early years, I mainly worked with men. Starting my own business helped me figure out what I wanted to offer the world and how to master it. It was an exciting, messy ride. But after a while, I felt a strong inner pull to step away from that path and explore new ways of supporting others.
In 2025, I deepened my study of spiritual Tantra and became certified in Sexological Bodywork. Since then, my focus has shifted to working with women and couples, and teaching embodiment and Tantric principles.

Now, it feels like the start of a new chapter, bringing together all my experience and knowledge and fully stepping into the role of guide and teacher.

What do the first 60 minutes of your day look like?
When I wake up, I like to stay in bed a little longer, remembering and sometimes reflecting on my dreams. I connect to my body, bringing awareness to my breath and inviting some movement and stretches. I’m not a morning person, so I like to take things slow.
When I get up, I have a cup of coffee. It’s my little morning ritual. While I sip it, I go through what needs to be done, and by the time I finish, I’m ready to begin.
Why do you do what you do?
I do this work because I’ve experienced the transformative power of these practices myself. They’ve shown me how to access more pleasure, deepen connection to myself, feel more alive, and really listen to my body.
Through this path, I’ve learned how to set clear boundaries, communicate and honor consent, and release shame. It has helped me connect with others more authentically, uncover my own shadow parts, and meet them with compassion.
I love working with connection, gentleness, and kindness. Sharing these qualities with others feels deeply meaningful.
Again and again, I’ve witnessed how pleasure can be a gateway to transformation, and how true happiness is rooted in being connected to our bodies, ourselves, and one another.

What should more people know about your work?
I wish more people knew that this kind of work can be deeply transformative. In our society, sexuality is still often a taboo, and there are many misconceptions around it. I think it can be really empowering to connect with your own body and pleasure, and explore them in a conscious way.
I also wish that working with a Tantra practitioner or intimacy coach was more widely seen as a form of self-care, similar to going to a therapist.
Overall, I wish there was less stigma around pleasure and intimacy, because they are such natural and essential parts of being human. When approached with awareness and consent, they can become powerful spaces for learning and growth.
We love vices. What’s yours?
I’m really good at avoiding tasks I don’t enjoy, like replying to my tax accountant (guilty). And I have very little self-control when it comes to scrolling social media.

What’s your superpower?
My superpower is my ability to connect deeply with others and create a space where they feel safe, seen, and supported.
