Impact Play Workshop

Learn the basics or deepen your skills

This workshop is designed for people who want to explore the art of impact play in a safe, conscious, and playful environment. It is suitable both for beginners and for those who already have experience and want to refine their skills, with the emphasis on curiosity, respect, and embodiment rather than performance.

Together we'll explore:

• consent, communication and aftercare

• safety and risk awareness

• different tools and techniques (hands, paddles, floggers, etc.)

• reading body responses and building intensity

• intention and connection between partners

Participants will have opportunities to practice in a supportive environment, with guidance and feedback.

The workshop is for constellations of two to four people.

Impact Play Session

A guided experience focused on receiving

This is a private impact experience for those who want to explore the sensation of receiving impact play in a held and attentive space.

The session focuses primarily on the receiver's experience: exploring sensation, surrender, and embodiment through different forms of impact.

We begin with a conversation about boundaries, desires, and aftercare to shape the experience together.

Depending on your wishes, the session may include:

• warm-up and body awareness

• different rhythms and sensations of impact

• exploration of breath and body responses

• integration

Participants may also have the option to try giving impact if they feel curious, though the main focus remains the receiving journey.

No previous experience is required.
