1:1 intimacy coaching session

In our 1:1 sessions, I will support your intention through a blend of conversation, somatic practices, and gentle touch, based on your individual needs and experiences. This space is for you to meet yourself more fully and deeply. Our 1:1 sessions can support you in (re-)connecting with your body, exploring your desires, boundaries, patterns, or questions around sexuality and intimacy. Drawing from the different modalities I’ve studied, including sex and relationship therapy, breathwork, sacred sexuality, and nervous system regulation, I integrate approaches that support and hold you in your personal process. This is a space to slow down and feel, so you can build self-trust, release shame, and rewrite internalized narratives – feeling more resourced in your relationship with yourself and others.
