Somatic & Sexological Intimacy Coaching.

A three month journey to reconnect with your body-wisdom, eros, and pleasure as nourishment. We’ll be exploring trauma-informed and creative ways to look at and release old patterns, shame, and anything that stands in the way of you becoming your fullest version of yourself - welcoming more aliveness, safety and trust in yourself.

This coaching method focuses on connecting the primal body wisdom and its cues to the limbic brain, that is responsible for regulating emotion, memory, motivation, and survival behaviors like fear, hunger, and reproduction. The somatic exercises used in the coaching will help you integrate and reinhabit parts of yourself that have been lost or suppressed.

Sessions are 90 mins twice a month either online or in person. The sessions are tailored to support your unique needs on your journey to become you.
