Somatic Intimacy Coaching

This coaching supports those who wish to deepen body awareness, pleasure, and intimacy ~ whether from curiosity or in response to challenges such as numbness, tension, shame, communication difficulties, or issues with arousal and orgasm. Couples are also welcome.

Sessions are client-led and centered around somatic learning. Using methods such as breathwork, mindful movement, body mapping, scar tissue remediation, and connection practices, we explore the intention you bring.

Each session concludes with integration time, allowing the body to absorb what it has learned, followed by reflection on insights and next steps. This work is most effective when experienced as a series, as much of the learning unfolds in daily life and is supported through custom practices and ongoing guidance between sessions.
