FemmEssence Somatic Empowerment Photoshooting for FLINTAS
This is a somatic, trauma-aware approach to photography for female and FLINTA bodies, rooted in authenticity, embodiment, and emotional truth.
The process unfolds in three stages: arriving with what is present, connecting to body and earth, and embodying what wants to be invited in.
This work invites people to show up as they are: raw, real, vulnerable, and alive; and to meet emotional experience through presence, expression, and creative art. It is both gentle and empowering, holding space for growth, self-awareness, and self-love.
Based in Berlin, FemmEssence creates permission-based spaces for female and FLINTA bodies where embodied self-leadership can emerge.
