Touch & Ritual

Touch is one of our most fundamental ways of relating, to ourselves, to others, and to life.

In a culture that lives largely in the mind, many of us have lost touch with our bodies, instincts, and capacity to feel with ease. My work is informed by tantric philosophy, not as a sexual practice, but as a path of presence, meeting life through sensation, awareness, and relationship. Sexual energy is understood as life force and creative energy, one expression of life among many.

In Touch & Ritual sessions, touch becomes a place of listening rather than doing. Ritual offers a simple frame that slows time, shapes attention, and creates orientation, allowing experience to unfold without pressure or expectation.

I offer one-on-one sessions, couple sessions, and intimacy-focused coaching for individuals and couples. The work is intuitive and relational, guided by your body’s signals, your boundaries, and what unfolds between us in the moment.
