Curious about tantra?Join us for a slower kind of connection with this beginner-friendly evening exploring presence, sensuality, breath and connection with Eulalie and Roni of Tantra London. This guided workshop is for couples and trusted plus-ones who already feel comfortable together. No previous experience is needed: come with curiosity and explore at your own pace.The 3½ hour session includes an introduction to consent and boundaries, transitions between practices and time for reflection.Places are limited to 12 couples / pairs (24 people). Please attend with a partner or trusted plus-one with whom you already have an established, comfortable connection.What to expect:Osho movement meditationA guided movement practice to bring attention into the body and explore spontaneous expression.Partner-supported shakingA practice inspired by Kundalini meditation. One partner explores shaking while the other can offer gentle, agreed touch at the sacrum; partners then swap roles.Exploring masculine and feminine energyOne partner moves around the other without touching, exploring directed, focused attention alongside receptive, flowing qualities.
