I am Naima Jessica Münzhardt, a State-licensed Alternative Practitioner for Psychotherapy in Germany (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie) and an international coach, with more than 20 years of experience in holistic wellness, psychological work, and personal development.

My professional background includes trauma-informed work, EMDR, hypnosis, Sexological Bodywork, and conscious sexuality.

An important part of my personal and professional journey has been Tantra. I spent ten years immersed in the study and practice of Tantra within a Tantra school. This profound experience gave me a deep understanding of intimacy, sexuality, embodiment, consciousness and the connection between body, mind and soul.

My work brings together psychological understanding, trauma-informed approaches, somatic awareness, conscious sexuality, Tantra and transformational coaching.

I am fascinated by the connection between our emotional experiences, our bodies, sexuality, relationships and our ability to experience genuine intimacy.

I accompany people who want to understand themselves more deeply, explore their sexuality, work through limiting patterns, develop emotional awareness and create more fulfilling relationships.
