Tantra Embodiment & Pleasure Workshop

What would happen if you gave yourself four uninterrupted hours to come completely into your body?

To slow down. Awaken your senses. Explore pleasure without rushing toward an outcome. And discover what becomes possible when you stop living from the neck up and start listening to your body.

This intimate, experiential Tantra workshop is a 4-hour journey into embodiment, sensation, pleasure, connection, and conscious touch for up to eight people.

We’ll explore the foundations of Tantra through breath, presence, awareness, intention, consent, and the art of giving and receiving. From there, we’ll awaken the senses through guided practices designed to deepen body awareness and expand your capacity for pleasure.

You’ll have the opportunity to explore a guided self-pleasure and embodiment journey or, if you’re attending with a partner, learn conscious massage and touch practices together. Everything is guided and invitational. You never have to perform or participate in anything that doesn’t feel right.

The beauty of Tantra is that there is nothing to get right.

It’s an invitation to become more curious. More present. More available to what you actually feel.

For couples, this is a beautiful way to rediscover each other outside your usual routines and deepen the language of touch, attention, and receiving. For friends, it’s an intimate, playful way to share an embodied experience while exploring your own relationship with pleasure.

Throughout the workshop, I’ll hold a clear, respectful container where boundaries are honored, consent is ongoing, and everyone chooses their own pace and level of participation.

I want you to leave knowing your body differently. Knowing what awakens your senses, how to truly receive, and how to carry these practices into your life long after we close the circle.

Up to 8 people. No previous Tantra experience necessary. Just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to drop in.
