We start by coming into the body, and welcoming what is alive in us there. My training and expertise comes from years of work professionally one on one in tantra sessions, bodywork, somatic practises, and training in relational, trauma and nervous system work. I work holistically and cater to each individual, moving at a safe pace for us both.

Examples of what we might explore together include counselling and coaching, breathwork, energy circulation, conscious self touch, embodiment exercises, mindful arousal, and techniques to deepen intimacy with yourself or your partner.
