Sex Therapy & Intimate Coaching Sessions

Space to talk and understand
Sex therapy experiences sit within the wider category of Wellness & Education and offer a place to talk openly with sex-positive, judgement free professional therapists. These experiences are not limited to moments when something feels broken. Many people seek sex therapy because they want more understanding of themselves, their bodies or the way intimacy shows up in their lives.

A session might focus on conversation, allowing space to explore thoughts, feelings or experiences that haven’t felt easy to voice elsewhere. In other cases, the work is more embodied, bringing attention to physical sensation, somatic breathwork, or healing bodywork.  Some practitioners combine both talking and somatic practices, depending on what feels most appropriate for the person or couple they’re working with.

You’ll find both general sex therapy and more targeted sessions, including tantric therapy, dominance mentorship, ENM therapy, relationship coaching and gay therapy.

Sex therapy experiences on Sensuali are available for individuals as well as couples, and can be offered online or in person. Some people come for a single session to gain clarity around a specific question. Others choose to work with a therapist over time, allowing insight and change to unfold gradually rather than all at once.

What matters most is the quality of support. Practitioners on Sensuali offer calm, professional spaces where there is no pressure to perform, explain or justify yourself. Whether you are navigating something specific or simply wanting a more honest relationship with your sexuality, sex therapy offers a supported way to explore at your own pace.

Sex therapy is a form of support that focuses on understanding your relationship with sexuality, your body and intimacy. It can involve talking through experiences, questions or challenges, and in some cases working with the body through awareness, breath or guided practices. Sex therapy is not about fixing you, but about creating understanding and choice.

It depends on the practitioner and the approach. Some sex therapy sessions are primarily conversational. Others may include embodied practices such as breathwork, body awareness or guided self-pleasure. What happens in a session is always discussed and agreed in advance.

Yes. Many sex therapists work with couples and some specialise in non-traditional relationships, including ENM and poly dynamics. Sessions may focus on communication, boundaries, desire or navigating change within a relationship.

I am a compassionate person who is deeply committed to understanding human behavior and dedicated to helping people get in touch with their emotions, be vulnerable, and free themselves from negative beliefs learned in childhood. As a couples and sex counselor and user experience designer, I immerse myself in the needs of others with empathy on a daily basis. For me, relationships with other people and ourselves are what make life worth living. That is why I am passionate about helping others to have healthy and nourishing relationships. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and polycules in navigating ethical non-monogamy. I host a seres of temple nights in Berlin only for woman as I noticed some participants feel more safe compared to mixed temple nights. My temples are themed about sensuality and I will surprise you with many lovely sensual sensations that will sharpen your senses for full pleasure. Check out my links. In 2023, I founded “OASIS: Open space for Awareness, Serenity, Intimacy, and Self-growth”, a space for free development and self-awareness. So when I’m not tinkering with new seminar ideas or temple concepts, I like to sit in the sun or take on the challenge of bringing a white canvas to life with colors and glitter.

I’m a trauma-informed mentor, coach, and breathwork facilitator specialising in helping individuals and couples heal shame, build self-trust, and reconnect to their deepest truths—especially around intimacy, sex, and self-expression. My work often attracts people who feel like “something’s missing”—those who’ve done the therapy, the self-development, but still feel stuck, unseen, or unable to fully express themselves in life or love. Whether you’re navigating self-worth, desire, sexuality, or communication challenges in your relationship, I offer a non-judgemental space to explore what’s alive for you. My clients have included straight and queer couples, gay men, trans men, and individuals on all points of the relational and sexual spectrum. One client shared that after 18 years in partnership, their relationship became the best it had ever been. Another found the courage to explore sex parties and open their relationship for the first time—with honesty and safety. I’m here for your full expression. All of it.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist based in New York City. I graduated with my Master’s in Counseling in Mental Health and Wellness and a dual degree in LGBT Health, Education, and Social Services from New York University. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a background in Women and Gender Studies from George Mason University. I identify as a queer South Asian immigrant woman. I’m also neurodivergent and non-monogamous. Aside from being a therapist, I have volunteered as a crisis counselor for the Trevor Project, worked as a graduate assistant for the New York University LGBTQ+ Center, and helped in the planning of social justice conferences. I approach therapy with the intention to understand and connect with my clients as fellow humans. My own journey as a queer South Asian neurodivergent woman, along with the experiences of those close to me, deeply shape my approach. Building a genuine relationship with my clients is my top priority, as I believe it is the biggest predictor of therapeutic success. As a person of color, I actively challenge oppressive structures that have long been dominated by Western white culture. Jiddu Krishnamurti said that it is no measure of health to be adjusted to a society that is profoundly sick and I do not see therapy as a way to numb the pain that is caused by systemic oppression but rather a way to empower clients to have compassion for themselves.
