Somatic Intimacy Coaching

My work bridges the therapeutic, the educational, and the erotic. Through a blend of somatic intimacy coaching, sexological bodywork, and somatic sex education, I support individuals and couples to reconnect with their body, expand their capacity for pleasure, and cultivate deeper intimacy — with self and others. Our work together is experiential and body-based. Rather than talking about intimacy, we explore it through awareness, breath, touch, movement, and attunement to sensation. I guide you to listen to your body’s language — what it’s asking for, what it’s protecting, and what it’s ready to feel. Each session is grounded in consent, safety, and nervous system regulation, informed by trauma-sensitive and power-aware principles. My approach draws from modalities such as the Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt and Psychodynamic approaches, the Wheel of Consent®, and body-based pleasure and touch practices. This is not performance or technique — it’s an invitation to meet yourself more fully. To unravel old conditioning around pleasure and intimacy, to embody choice and voice, and to awaken the natural erotic intelligence that lives within you.
