About me
Ayah is a Certified Somatic Intimacy Coach, Bodywork Practitioner, and Somatic Sex Educator. She is also a Supervisor-in-Training, with advanced training in Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) and certification in Trauma Studies. But more than titles, Ayah is a guide—for men who are ready to come home to themselves.
With tenderness and unwavering presence, she invites men into a deeper encounter with who they are beneath the surface, beyond performance, shame and old stories. Her work is for those ready to unshackle their sensuality, soften into their bodies, and rediscover the untamed, unfiltered pleasure of being alive.
Over the past four years, Ayah has walked alongside men navigating a rich spectrum of inner landscapes, uncertainty around intimacy, confusion about desire, hidden kinks, pain from past relationships, the heaviness of shame, the quiet ache of loneliness, or a reliance on porn when touch feels too far away. Nothing is too much. Nothing is unwelcome. Everything is worthy of curiosity, care, and healing.
Her practice is rooted in the body, through breath, movement, sensation, and sound, gently guiding men from the mind’s tight grip into the soft, intelligent language of the nervous system. Here, in this deeper place, she helps men attune to their own rhythms, listen to the whispers of their pleasure, and open to connection—not just with others, but with the sacredness of their own inner world.
Ayah’s gift lies in offering radical acceptance, exquisite attunement, and a profound respect for the mystery of masculine becoming. She doesn’t promise quick fixes but she does promise presence. And from that place, men remember how to trust themselves, feel deeply, and love without armor.
