Tell us more about yourself and what you do…
Coaching, based in London. Through my practice, I help individuals and couples—especially high-performing professionals—build deeper confidence, connection, and fulfillment in their personal relationships.
I work one-on-one with clients using an integrative approach that blends modern psychology, neuroscience, embodiment work, and ancient wisdom traditions.
This includes somatic practices for nervous system regulation, breathwork and energy work to release emotional blocks, and mindfulness and meditation for inner clarity.
In addition to relational dynamics, I also support clients in exploring sexual wellbeing and expanding their capacity for pleasure—working with the body and nervous system to restore vitality, ease, and intimacy.
My work is particularly focused on a challenge I see often: as professional success grows, personal connection can begin to suffer. I support my clients in thriving in both areas—without having to choose one over the other.
I offer private coaching, couples sessions, and small group workshops. My work has been featured in the BBC and The Independent, and I’ve led transformative events in collaboration with leading London venues like AllBright and HomeHouse.
Before launching Lush Coaching, I spent two decades at the forefront of digital innovation, leading creative teams for major global brands and fast-moving scale-ups. That experience gives me a deep understanding of the high-performance environments my clients navigate—and the personal depth and emotional intelligence it takes to lead meaningfully in both life and love.

What turns you on?
The sea; Travel to distant lands; Silk and satin; Exceptional food; Sensual touch full of love.
What was your journey into this world?
It began with a question I couldn’t shake: why was it so easy to thrive in my career, but so hard to find lasting love that felt sexy, alive and aligned?
While I was leading global creative teams and climbing the corporate ladder rung by rung, my romantic life was a revolving door of brief, flickering, disappointing connections. I longed for a relationship that felt expansive, alive, and deeply nourishing—emotionally, spiritually, and sexually. And even though my track record suggested otherwise, something inside me believed it was possible.
That quiet belief became a spark. And that spark pulled me into a very different world.
It was a warm summer night in the bucolic English countryside. I found myself standing in an oak-lined hallway of a grand manor house, shivering in black lace and rhinestones, surrounded by twelve other women in silks and sheers. Nervous giggles filled the darkness as we prepared for what came next.
We were at a tantra retreat, and I was about to perform my first-ever striptease.
It was terrifying—and exhilarating. The kind of moment where everything inside you says this isn’t me, even though some part of you knows it is. That evening marked the beginning of a journey into myself. One that would unravel years of shame, fear, and self-protection around intimacy, sexuality, and love.
From there, I dove deep. I studied with master teachers in tantra, sacred sexuality, modern psychology and neuroscience, and somatic healing. I learned how to regulate my nervous system, access deep pleasure, and love from a place of wholeness. And in time, I met my partner—not because I found him, but because I had done the work to create the love I wanted, from the inside out.
That journey changed everything.
Eventually, I left the corporate world behind and founded Lush Coaching to help others do the same. Today, I work with individuals and couples to cultivate not just emotional connection, but also sexual wellbeing, aliveness, and intimacy that feels real, safe, and deeply fulfilling.
The most powerful thing I’ve learned is this: the love we long for doesn’t just happen—it’s created. And it starts within.
What do the first 60 minutes of your day look like?
Yin yoga and mindfulness practices.

Why do you do what you do?
Through Lush Coaching, I envision a cultural shift: where emotional intelligence and embodied sexuality are as valued as professional success; where people feel empowered to communicate openly, love courageously, and experience intimacy fully—in every sense of the word.

I see a world where high-performing individuals and couples aren’t forced to choose between outward success and inner fulfillment—where they can thrive in both.
Where pleasure is recognised as a source of vitality.
Where relationships are co-created with awareness, skill, and deep care.
Where people feel safe in their own skin, clear in their desires, and confident in their ability to love and be loved.
I exist to help lead this shift—by offering not just coaching, but a sanctuary for transformation. One that blends modern science and ancient wisdom, mind and body, heart and sex. One that honours each person’s path toward a more liberated, love-filled life.
What is an unexpected pleasure you discovered in your work?
Opening people up to the pleasure innate in them, opens me up to the shamanic realm and the divine.
What should more people know about your work?
At the heart of my work is this belief: exceptional relationships aren’t found—they are created.
Too often, we’re told that love should just happen. That the other person should just ‘get us’. That great sex and lasting connection come naturally when you meet the right person. But in reality, healthy, thriving relationships—those built on deep intimacy, trust, and passion—take intention. They take skill. And often, they take support.
That’s where I come in.
Through Lush Coaching, I help individuals and couples consciously craft the kind of love and intimacy they truly want—whether that’s navigating the early stages of dating with more clarity and confidence, deepening an existing partnership, or nurturing a sexual connection that’s faded over time.
The work I do is grounded in both science and ancient wisdom. We work with practical, evidence-based tools—communication strategies, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution—as well as with the body, the breath, and the nervous system to dissolve blocks and awaken deeper levels of pleasure, presence, and connection.
Together, we uncover the patterns that have kept you stuck, build new pathways for connection and pleasure, and create a clear vision of the kind of love and life you want to live. From there, I guide you step by step toward embodying it—fully, authentically, and joyfully.
The concept behind my business is simple but powerful: when we learn to relate with honesty, presence, and compassion—to ourselves and one another, we create something extraordinary.

What’s your superpower?
In the world of relationships and intimacy, insight alone often isn’t enough. You can understand exactly why you struggle with connection or pleasure—but unless the blocks held in your body shift, the patterns tend to repeat.
That’s where my approach is different.
I guide my clients through more than just mindset shifts and skill building, though these too are important. Together, we work with the nervous system, the breath, the body—those deeper layers where the real transformation lives. This is the place where shame dissolves, old wounds soften, and new ways of relating become possible.
I bring together tools from modern psychology, neuroscience, somatic work, and ancient wisdom traditions so that change isn’t just intellectual—it’s embodied. You don’t just know what’s possible. You begin to feel it. And live it.
My coaching containers are intimate and immersive. They’re designed to hold you in a safe, spacious “cocoon,” where you can slow down, explore what’s been holding you back, and finally move beyond it. Clients often tell me that through our work, they feel more confident, more open, and more connected—not only in their relationships, but in every part of their lives.
It’s not about fixing you. It’s about helping you become more of yourself—so love, intimacy, and pleasure can be lived by and through you.
We love vices. What’s yours?
Chocolate in the afternoon. Every afternoon.
Who are your sensual inspirations?
Penelope Cruz and Amal Clooney!
