I’m Mistress Lauren, a professional NYC dominatrix and certified sex coach. Most of my work centres around kink and fetish exploration, with a particular focus on male submission.

What turns you on?
While I am professionally a dom, in my personal life I am turned on by being submissive.
As an NYC dominatrix, my best sessions are always the ones where I genuinely enjoy myself if I were in the submissive’s position.
I like a wide range of kinks and activities, but I especially enjoy humiliation and gender play.

What was your journey into this world?
I always knew I wanted to help people with sex (I studied Neuroscience and Gender & Sexuality Studies in undergrad), but I didn’t know exactly how until I discovered the field of sex coaching.
I then enrolled in Sex Coach University and while I was an online student there, I unexpectedly learned my love for domming and began my career as a professional NYC dominatrix. It was all a very happy accident!
What do the first 60 minutes of your day look like?
The first 60 minutes of my day are slow and always involve coffee. I enjoy sleeping in, especially if I was working late the night prior. Each morning, I look forward to enjoying my coffee and I then get started with my online work.

Why do you do what you do?
I do what I do because it allows me to be creative while helping others.
Through my work, I get to meet new people, investigate their deepest desires, and bring them to life in whatever way I choose.
Through this, I’ve learned more about my own sexuality and have become a more confident person, and I’m so grateful to guide others towards doing the same.

What should more people know about your work as an NYC Dominatrix?
More people should know that people are sex workers for a whole host of reasons and people see sex workers for a whole host of reasons.
There is a lot of stigma around sex work and those who indulge in it, meanwhile the majority of my experiences in this industry have been positive, curious, and powerful.
What is an unexpected pleasure you discovered in your work?
An unexpected pleasure I discovered in my work as a dominatrix has been meeting other sex workers, therapists, coaches, & educators, and learning from them.
When I got into this industry, I didn’t anticipate building such a strong network of colleagues. Truly everyone in this industry is so unique and it’s been very inspirational to see the way we all express ourselves, fight for what we believe in, and succeed.
What’s your superpower?
I would say my superpower is staying lighthearted and playful while engaging in topics that can be heavy.
In my work as a dominatrix, I try not to let a session pass without making my client laugh, as I find humor a very important and powerful tool in working through sexual shame.
We love vices. What’s yours?
I am a die-hard Coca Cola fan. The regular kind, although I’m trying to learn more into diet now lol! I often drink it during sessions and have one specific sub who always brings a bottle for me whenever we see each other.
Who are your sensual inspirations?
Each dominatrix and sex worker I meet inspires me to expand my kink/BDSM knowledge, grow my skill set, and continue being proud of what we do.
