Both experiences include personalized teaching, demonstration and guided practice. Our recommended three-hour session allows for a deeper exploration. Each session includes a custom binder with resources to continue your practice at home.
Absolutely. Our sessions are experiential, not simply instructional. You'll have opportunities to practice together with our guidance, ask questions and discover what feels right for you.
