Tantra Foundations: The Art of Conscious Connection

Discover how Tantra can deepen your capacity for pleasure, presence and authentic connection.
Join us for an engaging, experiential workshop designed for individuals and couples who want to explore Tantra as a practical way to awaken pleasure, deepen awareness and experience connection in new ways.
Through guided exercises, you'll discover how breath, attention and energetic awareness can transform the way you experience yourself and connect with others. You'll learn to sense how energy moves within your body and between partners, and how intention influences sensation and intimacy.
We'll also introduce playful, non-sexual sensation practices using rope, rabbit fur and other sensory tools. These experiences invite curiosity while developing greater sensitivity, communication and awareness of boundaries.
No partner or previous experience is necessary. All exercises are optional, clothing remains on, and consent is central to everything we do.
Your Guides
Together, we bring over 60 years of combined experience in Tantra, Eastern spirituality, somatic practices and conscious power dynamics. Our teaching is warm, engaging and playful, making even subtle energetic concepts accessible and enjoyable.

No previous experience is necessary. This workshop is designed for beginners as well as those who want to deepen their understanding and practice of Tantra. All exercises are guided and accessible.
You are welcome to attend individually or with a partner. Exercises are designed for both individual exploration and connection with others. You do not need to bring a partner.
No. This is a fully clothed, non-sexual educational experience focused on mindful connection, embodied awareness, energy, movement, and conscious touch.
No. Participation is always optional. We emphasize personal boundaries, clear communication, and consent throughout the workshop. You are encouraged to participate at your own comfort level.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring a water bottle, your lunch, and a notebook if you'd like to take notes.
Participants should bring their own lunch. We will have a one-hour lunch break, allowing time to eat, relax, and connect with fellow participants.
Registration includes the full-day, in-person workshop from 10 AM to 5 PM and a three-hour follow-up Zoom class. The online session offers an opportunity to deepen the practices, ask questions, and integrate what you've learned.
The workshop takes place on a private property in Berlin, Massachusetts. The exact address and arrival instructions will be provided to registered participants before the event.
