Hi, I'm Steffi (she/they),

I'm endlessly curious about what happens when people meet each other with honesty, presence and genuine consent. For me, kink is not only about what we do, but about how we create an experience together.

I love exploring the space where communication, embodiment, power exchange and play come together. Every encounter is unique, and I don't believe in one-size-fits-all experiences. Instead, I enjoy slowing down, listening, adapting and discovering what feels meaningful for the people involved.

As a certified Wheel of Consent® Facilitator, trainer in Nonviolent Communication and co-founder of Kinky Explorer, I bring many years of experience in creating spaces where people can explore themselves and each other with clarity, curiosity and care. My work combines conscious BDSM, embodied consent and a collaborative approach that invites both structure and spontaneity.

Whether we meet in a workshop, at a retreat or in another learning space, my intention is always the same: to create an atmosphere where people feel safe enough to be authentic, playful enough to experiment and supported enough to grow.

If you value curiosity over performance, connection over expectations and collaboration over fixed roles, we'll probably have a lot to explore together.

My qualifications

For more than twelve years I've worked as a trainer, facilitator and educator, supporting people in developing communication, self-awareness and authentic connection.

My work focuses on conscious BDSM, embodied consent, power exchange and relational dynamics. Together with Mike, I co-founded Kinky Explorer, where we create workshops, retreats and immersive learning experiences that combine practical exploration with communication, somatic awareness and collaborative consent.

My approach is shaped by the Wheel of Consent®, Nonviolent Communication and embodied practices. I believe that meaningful experiences emerge through presence, curiosity and the ability to truly listen and respond to each other.

Rather than teaching fixed formulas, I support people in discovering their own way of creating conscious, connected and authentic experiences.
