I'm Ana-Alicia, from the twin-island republic of Trinidad & Tobago, and the woman behind Journeys with Ana.

I'm an Erotic Embodiment Guide whose work explores the intersections of descent, eros, sensuality, play, and the Wild Feminine.

My path into this work was born from my own journey of descent. It was through turning inward and going into the underworld, where I met the parts of myself that had long been hidden, disowned & shamed, and in the exploration of the depths of my own inner realm I discovered so much more of myself. That journey continues to inform the spaces I hold for other women.

I guide women into deeper intimacy with their bodies, their desires, and the parts of themselves they've been conditioned to silence, suppress, or abandon, inviting them to reclaim their totality.

Rooted in the understanding that the body is a doorway into the unconscious, my work weaves together somatic exploration, ritual, movement, and sensual practices that invite women to explore their inner landscapes and reclaim that which has been disowned.

Through 1:1 embodiment mentorship, sensual shibari sessions, and experiential workshops, I create spaces for women to explore their relationship with pleasure, the descent, expression, surrender, play and personal sovereignty.

I'm particularly drawn to the meeting places of sexuality and spirituality, pleasure and grief, surrender and sovereignty, and the wild, instinctual nature of the feminine.

At the heart of my work is an invitation to descend beneath the layers of conditioning, reclaim what's been exiled, and cultivate a more intimate, true, and liberated relationship with oneself.

The work is not about adding more layers to adorn ourselves with, but shedding what has kept us disconnected from the woman who is connected with the pulse of aliveness.
