You learn how to deal with conflicts within yourself, for example your masculine and feminine side, and thus experience an inner reconciliation with yourself. You understand the inner unity of head and body as a divine pair that inspires you to sacred union within yourself.In men's and women's circles, we open the safe framework for deeper issues that are meaningful both personally and collectively, and connect with the powerful energies of Shiva and Shakti. In a Hawaiian Forgiveness Ritual, you can feel held and seen to express, heal, forgive and completely let go of pain you have suffered.Finally, you experience this reconciling connection also in the outside with t@ntrical breathing exercises in conscious encounters.
