Drawing from the work of Rahi Chun, this ritual gently unwinds layers of “armoring”... protective patterns the body develops over time in response to stress, shame, or past experiences. These patterns can lead to disconnection, reduced sensation, or difficulty accessing pleasure.
Through a slow, attuned process that includes breath, guided awareness, and (when appropriate) hands-on bodywork, we create the conditions for your body to feel safe enough to soften, release, and reawaken its natural sensitivity and aliveness.
This ritual is not about performance or outcome.
It is about restoring your relationship with your body... reclaiming sensation, sovereignty, and a deeper capacity to feel.
