Welcome to Sage Wombman
My name is Sage, and I am so deeply grateful that your journey has guided you here.

In a world that constantly asks us to do, achieve, and carry the heavy weight of everyday life, it is incredibly easy for our bodies to lock into survival mode. We carry stress in our shoulders, grief in our chests, and a quiet longing for true peace in our hearts.

I created Sage Wombman to be a gentle sanctuary for your nervous system—a place where you are no longer required to pour into anyone else, hold things together, or explain your heavy seasons. Here, you are simply invited to drop your armor, slow down, and remember what it feels like to breathe.

As a professional Platonic Touch and Somatic Grounding Specialist, I hold a sacred, judgment-free container tailored entirely to what your spirit needs. Through gentle, synchronized breathwork, comforting presence, and therapeutic platonic holds, we work together to lower your cortisol baseline, release stored tension, and guide your body back into perfect alignment.

Whether you are an executive experiencing severe burnout, a busy mother who deserves to be nurtured, or a soul navigating a heavy season of grief or loneliness—you do not have to carry it all alone.

You are safe here. Let’s journey back to rest together.

FAQ

What exactly is cuddle therapy? It sounds a little unusual!
It is completely normal to wonder! Think of cuddle therapy as a dedicated, judgment-free space to experience the comforting power of safe, platonic human touch. Just like you might book a massage to work out a physical knot in your muscles, you book a cuddle session to help ease stress, calm a racing mind, and simply feel cared for and heard.
Who usually books a session with you?
All kinds of people! I work with veterans looking to calm their stress, busy professionals dealing with severe burnout, and individuals who are feeling isolated or lonely. Whether you are navigating a tough transition, dealing with anxiety, or just suffering from "skin hunger" (simply missing human connection), this space is open and welcoming to you.
I’m a little nervous. What actually happens during an out-call session?
It is incredibly common to feel nervous your first time! Because I bring this service directly to you, your comfort is my absolute priority. We always start with a brief chat to check in, review our guidelines, and practice a few fun boundary-setting exercises. Once you feel entirely safe, we can explore different comforting positions—like sitting back-to-back, side-by-side holding hands, or traditional spooning and hugging. If you just want to sit on the couch and talk, that is completely fine, too! You are in total control of the pace.
Is this really completely platonic? What are the boundaries?
Yes, 100%. This is a strictly non-sexual, non-romantic wellness service. To keep the space perfectly safe and comfortable for both of us, we follow a few simple, rock-solid rules: Fully Clothed: We both remain completely dressed the entire time in comfortable, lounge-style clothing (like sweatpants, leggings, or clean t-shirts). Your Consent Rules: You can change your mind, adjust a position, or say "no" at any single second. There is zero pressure, and no explanation is ever needed. No Swimwear Zones: Touch is strictly limited to safe, comforting areas like the back, shoulders, arms, hands, and head.
What steps do you take to make sure out-call sessions are safe for everyone?
To make sure we are a great fit and to keep us both safe, I use a straightforward, multi-layered onboarding process. Before your very first session, we will do a brief virtual video chat via Zoom or phone to meet face-to-face and go over your wellness goals. I also require a quick, secure check of a government-issued photo ID prior to finalizing any booking.
What if I get overly emotional or start crying during our session?
Please know that crying or feeling a wave of emotion is a completely natural, healthy response! Safe touch tells your nervous system it is finally okay to let go of stored-up stress. My space is entirely judgment-free. If an emotional release happens, we can instantly pause, take some deep breaths together, or just sit quietly until you feel grounded again. You don't have to apologize for a single tear.
