I’m Sage, a sex and intimacy coach, somatic educator, Shibari artist, and professional cuddler devoted to helping people come home to their bodies, desires, and capacity for connection. 💋

I’m drawn to this work because I believe intimacy is something we can learn, practice, and deepen. So many of us have been taught to disconnect from our bodies, question our desires, or perform intimacy rather than actually experience it. My work creates space to slow down, get curious, and explore what connection, pleasure, touch, and desire can feel like when they are rooted in choice and authenticity.

I offer intimacy coaching, professional cuddling and platonic touch, Shibari and rope experiences, somatic exploration, and private sessions for individuals and couples. Depending on what you’re seeking, our time together might focus on becoming more comfortable with touch, exploring desires and boundaries, building confidence in intimacy, reconnecting with your body, or simply experiencing intentional, nurturing connection.

My approach is warm, playful, consent-forward, and deeply embodied. Rather than giving you a formula for what intimacy “should” look like, I help you develop the language, awareness, and confidence to discover what genuinely feels good and true for you.

My qualifications

6–10 years of experience

I bring over a decade of experience in sexuality, intimacy, embodiment, consent, and alternative relationship spaces. I’ve worked as a sex and intimacy coach, somatic educator, Shibari artist and educator, professional cuddler, facilitator, and community leader, supporting both individuals and couples in developing deeper relationships with their bodies, desires, boundaries, and capacity for connection.

I’ve been practicing and teaching Shibari since 2013 and have taught workshops and presented at events across the United States. My professional training includes certification as a Sex & Intimacy Coach through the Kinsey Institute, Embodiment Coaching, Human Design guidance, professional cuddling, and extensive education in consent, trauma-informed practice, and somatic approaches to intimacy.

What distinguishes my approach is the way I blend education with embodied experience. I don’t just talk about connection. I create opportunities for people to safely practice asking, receiving, communicating, feeling, and discovering what they actually want.

Are your sessions sexual?
My professional cuddling services are strictly platonic. Other offerings may explore sexuality, desire, sensuality, or intimacy through coaching and education, with clear agreements about the scope and boundaries of the session.
Do you work with couples?
Yes. I work with individuals and couples who want to deepen intimacy, communicate desires more confidently, explore touch and connection, or bring more curiosity and intentionality into their relationship.
