Many of the women I work with are accomplished. They give everything to their careers and their families. Yet they feel something is missing. A sense that somewhere along the way they stopped listening to their bodies, acting only from the mind. They've lost their spark and joy. I know this feeling from the inside. At 31 I walked away from a relationship that had been gradually draining my life force. That breakup changed everything. I started to see how creatively and sexually blocked I'd been as I discovered that sensuality, sexuality, creativity and vitality are all intertwined. For the first time in years I paid attention to what my body was hungry for — dance, tantra, flirting and playing. I became magnetic and some short months later met the love of my life. I've also had times of zero libido, wondering is this it? It wasn't. I just needed to find my way back to myself — and now I get to help other women do the same. I help women rebuild trust in their bodies, reconnect with their desires and have a sex life that actually lights them up. Because a woman who is tapped into her eros is really hard to fuck with — and that ripples into everything. My approach is warm, friendly and completely nonjudgmental. Sessions are spacious - there's room for you to be truly heard and seen, perhaps for the first time in a long time. We start by giving your intentions a voice and getting clear on what you actually want. From there I offer somatic practices tailored to where you are, so you can begin to embody new ways of being rather than just intellectualising them. There's always time for integration, reflection and insight. And often, things that have been hard to see or access alone - somatic openings, deeper self-awareness - start to come through naturally in the space we create together.
