I create spaces where the body can be felt again — beyond roles, beyond control.
My path has taken me through deep inner processes, where I met both vulnerability and strength in their raw form. Again and again I’ve experienced how the body opens when it is truly met — with presence, slowness and care.
My work is rooted in body awareness, breath and relational sensitivity. I weave somatic practice, conscious touch and trauma-aware space holding into a field where people can soften, expand and reconnect to their aliveness.
What I value most is a quality of space that feels grounded and real — where nothing has to be performed, and everything can be sensed.
Consent, clarity and attunement are essential to me.
From there, something deeper can unfold — naturally, organically, in its own timing.
For me, this work is about coming home to the body as a living, sensing, breathing field.
