How a lesson works

Message us first. We'll ask about your experience, what you'd like to learn, and any injuries, health conditions or medication we should know about, then plan the session around you.

On the day we start with tea and a check-in: limits, safewords and what kind of touch is okay. Then consent and nerve safety, followed by the basic structures more complex ties are built from. You tie and get tied, so you learn what good rope feels like from both sides. Once the basics hold, we build towards the ties you came for.

We finish with time to come down, questions, and our after-lesson guide so you can keep practising at home.

Who it suits

- One person or a couple, beginner to intermediate

- Small groups of couples

- No experience needed

What's included

- Loan rope and safety shears

- Tea and a warm, climate-controlled studio

- Rope to take home if you want it, €15 per 8 m length

Practical

- Up to 4 hours a day, with breaks

- Taught in English by @DoodleMe, sometimes with @Nominoomi

- Sober: no alcohol or drugs before a session

- Wear loose, comfortable clothes; lots of zips or buckles get in the way

- Home studio at the top of Keizersberg, Leuven. Full address once you've booked
