This introduction workshop can be followed online with me. We will go over the rope basics and the safety informations to garantee a good rope session with a partner. I will guide you through some fondamental rope technics as well as some key information to develop a good flow when tying a partner.
This workshop can be followed solo or duo. I will adapt the private workshop to your needs.
*A minimum of 2 ropes are required to follow this workshop.
