Jealousy, insecurity, and managing fears
Emotional safety, trust-building, and repair
Communication tools for hard conversations
Transitioning from monogamy or dealing with mismatched desire
Navigating time, energy, parenting, new partners, and more
This is a deeply compassionate, practical session that draws from lived experience, trauma-informed tools, and years of coaching in the realms of polyamory, sexuality, and emotional health.

You have the option to include Matt, my husband and co-facilitator, for a joint session offering two perspectives on non-monogamy from people navigating it firsthand in a long-term marriage. This can be especially supportive for couples navigating different needs or processing ruptures.
