I'm Angie Enger (she/her), an Intimacy and Pleasure Coach with an MA in Counseling and advanced training at the Eli Coleman Institute for Sexual and Gender Health. I came to this work the long way around. Fifteen years in marketing, a life that looked right on paper, and a persistent feeling of being somewhere slightly outside myself. Therapy helped. But the body work, the actual coming home to my own skin, that changed everything. I became a coach because I kept meeting women who were exactly where I had been. Smart, self-aware, doing the inner work, and still feeling like a stranger in their own lives.
What draws me here is simple: most women were never taught that pleasure is a practice, not a reward. I get to be the person who tells them that. And then we figure out what it looks like for them specifically.
My approach is grounded in embodiment, nervous system awareness, and a framework I called The Expanding Container: Come Home. Expand. Flow.
What makes it distinctive is that we don't start with sex. We start with you, your relationship to your own body, your own pleasure, your own knowing. Sex often improves as a result, but it was never the real work. The real work is coming home to yourself. Everything else follows.
