This is a 60-minute talk-based coaching session, conducted entirely via video call. There is no physical contact, no bodywork, and no touch component of any kind. If you are looking for somatic bodywork, massage, or hands-on practice, this is not the right fit.

This session is for women who are ready and curious to start to make change, but aren't sure about diving in fully.

In 60 minutes, we'll get specific about where you actually are: what you want, what's in the way, what your desire type is and why it matters, and what one thing you can do this week that's actually for you.

You'll leave with tangible next steps that fit into your real life.

This is the beginning of the Come Home phase of my coaching approach. In this phase, you stop performing okayness and start getting honest about what you actually want from your body, your relationship, and your life.

What to expect:

A 60-minute video call via Google Meet
Talk-based coaching
No homework required beforehand
An introduction to your desire type and what it means for you specifically
One concrete tool or practice to take away
Clarity on whether continued coaching is the right next step for you

This session is designed for women. I work exclusively with women and femmes. If you are not within this scope, please do not book. If you do, your booking will be cancelled and refunded in full.

I'm Angie Enger, MA, an Intimacy and Pleasure Coach with a Master's in Counseling and certification in Embodied Intimacy and Relationship Coaching. I work with women in midlife who are disconnected from their desire, their bodies, or their sense of self and want to find their way back. My approach is warm, direct, research-informed, and entirely free of judgment.

No. This is talk-based coaching conducted via video call. There is no physical contact, bodywork, or touch of any kind.

Yes, fully and without reservation. I work with women and femmes across all relationship structures, orientations, and erotic identities, including those who are kinky, non-monogamous, queer, or exploring any of the above. My work is non-judgmental and intersectional by design. What you bring into the room is welcome here, whatever it is.

This is a professional coaching session. Sexually explicit conversation outside of the bounds of personal emotional exploration, requests for sexual gratification, and any behavior that suggests you are using the session for personal sexual stimulation will result in immediate termination of the call with no refund. If I end a session for this reason, you will be blocked from rebooking.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If I need to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Bookings that fall outside my client scope (see description) are cancelled and refunded regardless of timing.

Nothing is required. This session is complete and valuable all on its own. If you want to continue working together, I offer a 90-Day Container and a 6-Month Deep Dive. We can talk about whether either is a fit at the end of our time together. No pressure whatsoever to continue.

No preparation or required knowledge needed. Just show up honestly and I will meet you wherever you are at.
