Hi! I'm Nichole. I'm a certified Somatic Sex Educator, Sexological Bodyworker, and Reiki practitioner.

I work with individuals and couples of all gender expressions, in person in Los Angeles and remotely via Zoom. My practice weaves sex education, sexological bodywork, energy work, and integrative coaching with practical tools for everyday life that support meaningful, lasting change.

My work is rooted in the belief that we all deserve safe, shame-free spaces to learn about our bodies and explore our eroticism. I grew up in a small, conservative Catholic town in Massachusetts, so I know what it's like to suppress and deny both my emotions and my sexuality. Years of shedding my own shame and conditioning ultimately brought me here: to helping others reclaim their voices, feel at home in their bodies, and become more empowered in their lives.

My own path toward deeper embodiment began in the sensual arts 10 years ago. Through exploring my eroticism, I discovered that the parts of myself I'd once seen as "problems to fix" were actually invitations for growth and, ultimately, pathways toward greater freedom and self-trust.

That discovery led me to study Tantra, somatics, and the nervous system, deepening my understanding of how the body communicates and how trauma can begin to unwind when given the right support. Today, my work draws from both contemporary and traditional approaches to healing, integrating the body, mind, energy, and sexuality.
