I spent years as a pantsuited professional at IBM, financially secure and completely disconnected from my body, living in my head, repressed, scared to be seen, low-grade depressed. Leaving that world and training in tantra and somatic work over the past eight years was a journey home to my heart, my body, my liberated self expression, my sexuality. This is now what I bring my clients through.

I guide men, women and couples to come home to their bodies, lead with their hearts, and create love that’s rooted in wholeness.

My qualifications

6–10 years of experience

8+ years helping people rebuild self-trust, deepen intimacy, and become fully themselves. Supported over 3000 people in group settings and 200 people one on one.

Education and training

I am trained in Authentic Relating and Embodied Authentic Relating through ART. Certified in NeuroLinguistic Programming, Reiki Healing, International School of Temple Arts graduate. Trained in tantra through Karim Or's school of love. Kashmiri Shaivism through Hridaya.
