My background in embodiment, meditation, yoga, energy work, and psychology has taught me that true surrender begins with trust. I value clear communication, consent, emotional intelligence, and the art of being fully present.

I am drawn to devotion, authenticity, and the subtle power that emerges when someone feels safe enough to let go. Equal parts nurturing and commanding, I believe the deepest transformation happens when we are willing to be seen, challenged, and held in our truth.

My qualifications

My background includes studies and training in Tantra, yoga, meditation, embodiment practices, Ayurveda, consciousness work, trauma-informed approaches, and psychological development.

Through these studies I gained a deeper understanding of nervous system regulation, body awareness, consent, energetic dynamics, emotional processing, mindfulness, relational dynamics, and creating safe containers for personal transformation.

In addition to formal training, my experience facilitating embodiment practices and supporting individuals through personal growth journeys has strengthened my ability to hold grounded, attuned, and ethically boundaried spaces.
