The Human Playground - The Retreat
The Human Playground - The Retreat
A Nature Retreat for Connection, Community & Embodied Presence
What happens when we leave the city behind?
When we step out of our routines, disconnect from noise, and meet each other in nature?
The Human Playground Retreat is a two-day, one-night retreat in Brandenburg — surrounded by water, forest, and open fields. A temporary community village where we come together to slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to simply be.
It is a shared experience of presence, connection, rest, play, and exploration.
A mini escape from everyday life.
A space to arrive.
To breathe.
To land in your body.
To meet others from a grounded place.

About 💗
My name is Nika. I am an intimacy coach and currently in training as a couples and sex therapist. For several years, I have been working with women on topics such as body positivity, boundaries, and needs. I believe it is important to open these kinds of spaces to everyone, so we can learn from each other and grow through shared experience.
For the past year, I have been creating and hosting THE HUMAN PLAYGROUND events. My intention is to hold spaces where people can arrive as they are. Where they are seen. Where vulnerability is welcome. And where processes of deeper self-connection can unfold naturally.
Personal development and the exploration of human experience have been a central thread throughout my life and naturally flow into my work.
