Erotic Breathwork Ceremony

A breathwork and erotic embodiment journey designed to strengthen your connection to your own aliveness. This is a space for presence and curiosity about your body and your pleasure. It's also an invitation for gentle release of anything that holds you back from experiencing your erotic energy fully.

The flow of our ceremony will be customized to you but can include:

• grounding ritual and intention setting to open
• guided conscious connected breathwork
• guided sensual self touch
• closing integration

Sessions take place over Zoom. You're welcome to have your camera on or off, meeting your own level of comfort in being seen and witnessed in your experience. I am present as a guide and facilitator. This is not a mutual sexual experience.
