My work blends embodiment, sensuality, and nervous system healing, inviting your body to open into deeper love, pleasure, and liberated self expression. My energy is welcoming, grounded, and deeply caring.

My desire to share this work with you comes from my own lived experiences.

I went from living bed-ridden with autoimmune illness and carrying unresolved trauma, to feeling fully alive and expressed in my truth and my sexuality.

I know first hand the power of body-based healing, nervous system work, and sacred erotic embodiment to transform not just the body, but the way we experience life.
