I'm passionate about supporting people in moving from pain, numbness, and overwhelm toward greater ease, pleasure, and aliveness.

My approach is integrative, encompassing the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of being human.
It weaves together three interconnected aspects of the work:

* Stabilisation — Cultivating safety and resilience
Building the foundations for greater safety, regulation, and capacity. This can include working with emotional dysregulation, chronic pain, hypermobility, fatigue, and overwhelm.

* Repatterning & Integration — Creating embodied change
Supporting the process of transforming insight into lived experience, shifting established patterns, and developing new ways of relating to yourself, your body, and the world around you.

*Expansion — Reconnecting with aliveness
Creating space for greater vitality, authenticity, pleasure, and purpose, and for discovering new possibilities beyond survival and coping.

My practice is trauma-aware, client-centred, and inclusive.

My work is rooted in a vision of both personal and collective liberation. Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, I am interested in how our bodies and experiences are shaped by our relationships, social and cultural environments, histories, and wider systems of power.
