Containment-Only Ritual

For moments when your system feels overwhelmed, scattered, or stretched too far.

These sessions are not about intensity or exploration, but about coming back into your body.

Many of us live in a constant state of internal activation - thoughts triggering stress responses the body never fully gets to release.

Over time, this builds tension, restlessness, and a sense of disconnection.

In a containment session, we do the opposite.

Through presence, touch, and attuned guidance, your system is invited to slow down, soften, and settle.

Your vigilance can drop.

Your body can exhale.

You don’t have to hold yourself together anymore.

This can feel deeply nourishing for those navigating:

• stress and burnout
• anxiety or inner restlessness
• emotional overwhelm
• disconnection from the body
• difficulty relaxing or sleeping

For women, these sessions can be especially supportive during more sensitive phases of the cycle - such as during menstruation or times of emotional intensity.

When the system is more open, raw, or inward,

being held in a calm and attuned space can help soften emotional waves, reduce inner pressure, and support deeper rest.

These sessions are non-erotic, with touch taking place within clear boundaries and based on your comfort - clothed or partially clothed.

No experience is needed.

Only a willingness to be met where you are.
