My name is Lauren Rose and I’m a Tantric Sex & Love Coach, who for the last 10 years, has been initiating men, women & coupes into sacred sexuality. I have never had a “normal” job. I’ve always followed my curiosity, my heart and my excitement.

I love to feel healthy, alive and to be the leader of my life. I want to inspire you to break free from your own limited programming & live a life full of love, consciousness and wholeness.

My journey started in 2014, when I had a spiritual awakening from my first Vipassana meditation retreat. I was in so much emotional pain from the father abandonment wound I was carrying from childhood, undiagnosed adhd and a disorganised attachment style.

I had started feeling disillusioned by society while in university and so turned to Buddhism at 20 to find compassionate ways to heal. I chose personal peace over stressful, corporate life. I chose to live life differently to everyone else.

And in that pursuit, I discovered Tantra in 2015 and it opened up a whole new world. It melted the amour around my heart, liberated my sexuality and activated my energy body!

Tantric Sex Coaching for Couples

I offer private Tantric Sex retreats for couples in UK, Europe and beyond!

I have been working with trauma stored in the body ever since experiencing my first Yoni Massage, during my Tantra massage training and have devoted myself to this embodied, spiritual path.

I’ve witnessed the profound healing breathwork, energy work and bodywork can have in Tantra. Through my work with individuals and couples, we identify and release blocks to intimacy through many practices.

Conscious relating has impacted my life and I guide couples in retreats to express their truth, desires & longings. Seeing couples open to new possibilities of being is very moving.

As a Tantra coach, I love to teach sacred rituals in a down-to- earth way that people can integrate into their everyday lives.

Love Coaching for Single Women

I’m also trained as a somatic Love Coach, which was influenced by my own embodied experience of struggling in love. I successfully transformed my pattern of subconsciously choosing unavailable men, who were never interested in relationship with me; to attracting emotionally available, mature men, who chose me.

It took a lot of personal development work, but ultimately, by building my self worth, recognising my needs, discovering and communicating my boundaries, regulating my emotions, healing my triggers, loving and choosing myself; I completely shifted from being in survival, fearful and over protective of my heart to feeling secure, embodied and empowered.

I learnt the power of consciously creating the life you want. I now work helping women all over the world, to radically up level in their love life, embodying the love they seek, shifting their identity and attracting their life partner. A big part of healing, is learning to trust your own intuition and wisdom when making decisions in love. My coaching helps you do that.
