Hi, I’m Miranda, a somatic sex therapist with over seven years of experience helping women reconnect with their bodies, heal emotional wounds, and rediscover pleasure. My journey began as a massage therapist, where I specialized in fascial and structural work. It was during this time that I truly saw how deeply our bodies store emotions and how physical tension often reflects emotional blockages.
Over time, I transitioned into somatic sex therapy, with a focus on how we carry emotions in the body and how these stored feelings can block our ability to experience pleasure, self-awareness, and confidence.
