About me
I’m Natalie, the founder of Bhakti Healing ArtsAttachment.png — a space devoted to embodiment, healing, intimacy, nervous system restoration, and the reclamation of erotic aliveness through conscious, consent-centered practice.
My path into this work was not linear. Before stepping into the world of tantra-informed coaching, embodiment, and intuitive bodywork, I spent years working as a school counselor supporting emotional healing, attachment wounds, trauma, and nervous system regulation in children and families. At the same time, my own life was unraveling and re-forming through a profound personal awakening that began after the end of my marriage. What started as a search for healing became a deeper exploration of the body, desire, shame, conditioning, spirituality, intimacy, and what it truly means to feel alive inside oneself.
Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, tantra studies, somatic practice, and years of personal inquiry, I began to understand eros not simply as sexuality, but as life force — a current that can restore vitality, connection, creativity, confidence, emotional truth, and deep presence.
I am a registered yoga teacher currently completing advanced training, and I am also completing certification as a Sex, Love, and Relationship coach. My work blends intuitive touch, bodywork, tantric principles, breathwork, meditation, somatic awareness, reiki, energetic attunement, embodiment practices, relational coaching, and trauma-aware presence. I approach this work through the lens of nervous system safety, emotional honesty, consent, and deep reverence for the human experience.
Safety, communication, and boundaries are foundational to everything I offer. Sessions begin with clear conversation around intentions, desires, fears, and boundaries. Consent is ongoing, collaborative, and honored at every stage of the experience. My work is not about performance or pressure; it is about creating a grounded, respectful container where people can reconnect with themselves in a way that feels authentic, nourishing, and deeply human.
Why do I do this work?
Because so many people are starving for connection — not just sexually, but emotionally, spiritually, and somatically. So many people have never experienced being fully seen, fully felt, fully safe in their bodies, or fully allowed in their desires. I know what it is like to feel disconnected from the self, and I know the transformational power of returning home to the body with compassion instead of shame.
This work matters to me because embodiment transforms consciousness. When people reconnect with their breath, their truth, their pleasure, their boundaries, and their capacity to feel, they begin to reclaim parts of themselves that were buried beneath fear, conditioning, heartbreak, or survival. Supporting that process is both a privilege and a calling for me.
