I help people explore the connection between sexuality and self-inquiry — two dimensions of the human experience that are rarely brought together. Many of us carry layers of shame, guilt, or fear shaped by family, culture, and religion, which can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others. My mission is to guide people with curiosity, to help shift fear into possibility and isolation into connection, so that sexuality can become a source of healing, self-knowledge, and liberation in all aspects of life. I create a safe(r), non-judgmental, and trauma-informed space where clients can question old beliefs, work through shame, and gently reconnect with their true desires and nature. My work is grounded in my own lived experience. Raised in an oppressive religious sect in the conservative U.S. south, I know what it means to deny desires, to suppress self-expression, and to fear being seen. Through self-inquiry, research and consciously seeking out spaces where I felt safe to have new experiences, I found a sense of self-acceptance and belonging. I’ve created Sexual Inquiry to offer this possibility to others, through a collaborative, reflective space where triggers become possibilities for learning, and reconnecting with authentic eroticism becomes a pathway to more agency and freedom.
